This is a tremendous Navajo very long silver bead necklace. This incredible necklace is so wonderfully long and contains outstanding graduating handmade silver beads that measure around 1/2" in diameter to about 1" in diameter. Resting throughout the wonderful plethora of silver beads are impeccable hand cut disc shaped orange spiny oyster shells. Seperating the bottom jacla pendant from the long part of the necklace is a stunning rounded thick silver disc bead with accenting stampings. I absolutely love the detailing and beauty of this necklace. What I really love about this necklace is that it comes with a beautiful matching pair of silver bead and spiny oyster disc shell earrings. Such a phenomenal set. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, S Becenti. The length of the necklace measures around 37". Sturdy 148 grams.
