This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains 16 beautiful very large graduating Bisbee turquoise stones. Bisbee is a very rare turquoise mine and is very unique to find on squash blossom necklace. The largest stone measures a whopping 1" X 1/2" that rests on the wonderful large double silver shank naja pendant. The naja pendant measures around 3-1/4" X 3-1/2". Surrounding every turquoise stone are incredible silver works that consist of hand carved leaves and ropes. Resting throughout the entire old natural patina silver squash blossom necklace are wonderful round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. I absolutely love this beautiful and very rare turquoise squash blossom necklace. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 214 grams.
