This is a remarkable vintage Navajo large chunky denim lapis silver squash blossom necklace. This wonderful necklace contains 16 outstanding large oval shaped denim lapis stones that each measure around 3/4" X 1/2". Surrounding each of the stones are marvelous silver ropes, sun stampings and wave patterns. The necklace contains 10 amazing silver squashes and a bottom double silver shank naja pendant. The naja pendant measures around 3" X 3". Resting throughout the majority of the necklace are incredible handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 29". Sturdy 197 grams.
